Can the adapter be used for a hair dryer?
It depends on your hair dryer model. Only hair dryers labeled “100-240V, 50/60Hz” with a power rating below 1600W are suitable for use in countries with a 220-240V power supply. If your hair dryer doesn’t meet these specifications, do not use it.
The AC outlet of the adapter wouldn’t work anymore, how to process it?
This is probably because of a blown fuse. You can open the compartment at the bottom of the adapter (marked “SPARE & FUSE”) and replace the fuse. If it still doesn’t function, please contact XAOSUN via email for further help.
Can I charge my laptop in Europe through the XAOSUN adapter? Does it need a converter?
Yes, most laptops support dual voltage (indicated by “100-240V, 50/60Hz” on the label). You can use XAOSUN adapter to charge your laptop directly, without needing a voltage converter, even in countries with a 220-240V
