Q2 : The AC outlet of the adapter wouldn’t work anymore, how to process it?
A ：This is most likely due to a blown fuse. You can pry open the compartment at the bottom of the adapter (labeled “SPARE & FUSE”) and replace the fuse. If it still doesn’t work, please email QENEQ for further help.
Q3 : How to push out the plug?
A ：Only one plug can be pushed out at a time. And when you push it out, you need to press the button down while pushing it out. It will be fixed when it is pushed to the bottom.
